The corporate finance team coordinates the relationships between Jendens and our corporate clients, with a principle focus on capital raising: public and private, primary and secondary. The team has a wealth of expertise and is able to assist our clients in M&A, divestments, restructuring and all aspects of strategic development.

The well known and highly respected agency trading team at Jendens has decades of experience in trading pan-European equities for institutional and professional clients. Our success is measured by the clients who have dealt with us continuously over this time.

The primary aim of our research team is to identify and explore high growth markets and businesses, whilst providing detailed industry and financial analysis on individual projects.

Equity Sales

Our equity sales division has huge experience of broking small, mid-cap and larger equity issues. We cover institutional investors, hedge funds, private client brokers and family offices. We have a specialist group that focuses on special situations and risk arbitrage opportunities.

Jendens' experienced Market Making team of four covers over 300 Small Cap/AIM to FTSE 100 stocks specialising in Natural Resources, Clean Tech, TMT, Building & Real Estate and Industrials. The Jendens’ team strengths are in harnessing Institutional & Retail flow to provide liquidity & high quality order execution.

Corporate Broking

The corporate broking team has a wealth of experience in managing primary and secondary market transactions. Access to capital for corporate clients is co-ordinated through the sales team, working in close association with our sector specialists.
